Sign Up
Filling out the form via our player signup page is the first step to signing up. You can fill it out online or print a paper form and deliver it to one of the team captains. (Hint: The Sign-up Bash is a great place to do all four steps at the same time!)
We're so excited that you're considering signing up! This season, we're expecting to have over 100 players, plus officials, team captains, and of course all the cheering fans. We're glad to have you as part of our ever-growing community of Jesus-loving, disc-throwing Ultimate enthusiasts.
After you sign up, you should receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of signing up, check your spam or junk folders.
Yay... paying.
There is a small fee that is requested upon sign-up. Your fee covers the cost of your jersey, plus expenses such as insurance, equipment, advertising, and any other emergency expenses.
We are doing early bird pricing this year, so sign up before the end of the year for a lower sign-up fee!
Pricing:
10.1.23 - 12.31.23: $15
1.1.24 - 4.19.24: $20
There is no extra cost for being a referee/official this year.
If paying in cash, please seal your payment in an envelope with our name on it. If paying in check, please make the check out to Henry Rummel and put 'CUDL Sign-up Fee' in the memo. All payments can be mailed or delivered to our treasurer, Henry Rummel. You can also bring your fee to the sign-up bash.

Sign-ups open October 1, 2023.
The sign-up bash will be somewhere around the weekend of April 5.
Sign-ups close April 19, 2024.
Teams will be announced around April 26, 2024.
Our first game is on Friday, May 10, 2024.
